Very good and lovely time

Positive: We we're given the wrong code to access the key safe and had to contact the owners, initially I tried calling which they didn't answer and text saying couldn't take the call, I text with the problem and they said try this number !! fortunately it was correct
Negative: The bathroom door didn't shut or lock properly

Perfect for what we needed
Positive: Very good location for what we needed, was about a 15/20 minute walk to Twickenham stadium
Negative: It can’t be helped but it is on a flight path so could hear planes all night long so was unable to have windows open
