Lovely flat in Wandsworth

Overall was sadly disappointing. Lack of living space and was not clean at all Positive: There was plenty of space for people to sleep which was good. Negative: The flat absolutely was not clean. There were flies throughout the property. The fridge was dirty inside with flies and crumbs of food. The bathroom was horrible, there was clumps of hair in and around the bath and the shower didn’t work. There was also no living space as all rooms were bedrooms which I didn’t realise from the photos. Photos made it seem like there was living space.

Positive: Location was good, apartment was clean. Owners phoned to check in. Negative: A small sofa was the only thing missing

Positive: The bedrooms were a great size, beds were comfy and bedding warm and cosy aswell as fans provided in each room which was a welcome addition. Check in was easy and accessing property was simple :) Negative: Unfortunately we found the property to not be very well kept, and were met with a strange smell upon entry. There were multiple small dead flies on the window sills in the bedrooms and kitchen. When we arrived curtains were closed in all rooms and a few of the curtain poles looked unsecured and curtains hanging off of the ends. There eas damage to some of the bedside tables, meaning edges of these were sharp and screws exposed. The shower did not work at all and the shower hose connected to the bath taps had very low water pressure meaning no more than a trickle of water came out, not great for 3 women trying to get ready for a Christmas party. Also the bathroom ceiling looked as though it had been patched over and was hanging down immediately above the entrance to the bathroom. The wifi code provided did not work meaning we were unable to use this at all.

Ok for one night Positive: Location for one night stay, When inside the flat was warm and the bedrooms clean and beds comfortable. We had a good nights sleep. The host was easily accessible. Negative: On arrival key was not in keysafe, it was late and disconcerting. As we had to clamber through dumped furniture and bins to find the alternative key box in an unlit area. The flats kitchen and bathroom needs some updating and general maintenance required. The overhead shower not working and toilet seat not fixed. Fire evacuation procedure was not clear.

Positive: Locatie en bedden top. Snelheid van reageren. Negative: Wat problemen met de douchekop en de sleutel, maar dat is snel en keurig opgelost.
